Whirl
I love the movement in this quilt. This quilt leans toward modern but still has some elements that are very traditional. It is a fun class to pick fabrics for. Also, all you need is 2 charm packs with a background and the gray fabric for the whirl blocks. We will be doing this class as a 2 day class. Day 1 we will work on the star blocks and the 2nd day we will work on the whirl block which is paper pieced. If you have never done paper piecing, don't be intimidated. This is a pretty simple paper pieced block. After the 2 days, you should have about half the pieces you need for the quilt. Come join us and learn something new.
