In Bob’s previous career, he worked for Bernina of America as a factory trained technician/dealer trainer for over 23 years. He traveled extensively training other technicians how to repair machines. It is very important that you take good care of your machine. You should clean and oil your machine regularly.

It should be serviced by an authorized technician annually. Good maintenance is a must to make your machine run smooth for years to come. (see Annual Service)
